Infrastructure concern/complaint
Infrastructure Concerns are now submitted through the Vantaca Home Portal (portalghertner.com). Once you have signed in to the portal, click on "Requests" in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen. Under the tab "New Requests" select "ARC Request" or "General Request" and complete the form. When completed, click on the "Submit" button on the bottom and it will be processed.
