Exterior & Architectural Modification Request

In accordance with the Covenants & Restrictions for Seven Lakes, any Homeowner who wishes to make an exterior modification to the exterior of their home must first submit a request for approval by the Seven Lakes Homeowner’s Association, Inc. (“Association”).

Exterior Modification requests are now submitted through the Vantaca Home Portal (portalghertner.com).  Once you have signed in to the portal, click on "Requests" in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.  Under the tab "New Requests" select "ARC Request" and complete the form.  When completed, click on the "Submit" button on the bottom and it will be processed.
