SEVEN LAKES CLUBHOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between SEVEN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as Lessor, AND

I have read the Clubhouse/Pool rules posted and understand it is my responsibility to ensure the items noted are adhered to and completed after my event. Otherwise, my security deposit will be held, and appropriate fees deducted.
2023 Rental charge is $50 per event and $100 refundable security deposit. Both must be paid prior to confirming reservations. Please submit a check for $150 made out to Seven Lakes HOA and place in the white mailbox by the pool gate or go onto your Appfolio portal (preferred method) and make the payment. Once collected we will confirm date and time with you.
You can check the calendar in your Appfolio app/portal to see if the clubhouse is available for the date/time you are requesting.
If Renter, the owner will be notified for approval prior to booking the clubhouse. Owner will held responsible for any significant damage to property.

The facilities are to be left clean and in good condition. All trash collected and placed in proper container. No food is to be left on site - please take all garbage that is food related with you.
NO SMOKING IN CLUB HOUSE or in the surrounding area.
Lessee agrees to pay for any and all damages that may be incurred to Clubhouse premises during this event.
Loud Music is prohibited.
Taping, gluing or nailing of balloons, ribbons, streamers or lights from the ceiling, walls or doors is not permitted.
As a part of the consideration hereof, Lessee hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lessor, its officers, directors, members and other representatives from any and all liability, loss, cause of action, claim or demand including but not limited to attorney fees which Lessor may incur as the result of claims or lawsuits arising out of or in connection or related to Lessee’s rental of Clubhouse.
Lessee submitted of this form constitutes as a signature and date of record. If Lessee is a renter, form will be sent to homeowner for final signature and approval.
