with it, our yards will start growing.
That means it is time to start thinking about yard clean-up.

Hello Seven Lakes Residents!
As we transition into the spring season, this is a friendly reminder regarding the Association’s inspection process and fine policy.

Routine community inspections will be conducted throughout Seven Lakes to ensure all homes and lots are maintained in accordance with the governing documents. These inspections help preserve the overall appearance and property values within our community.

Please take time to review and address the following:
  • Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, and weed control)
  • Landscaping upkeep (trim shrubs, remove dead plants)
  • Exterior home condition (pressure washing, paint, repairs if needed)
  • Driveways and walkways (clean and free of debris)
  • Removal of any visible clutter or non-compliant items

Important Reminder:
Any violations identified during inspections may result in a notice being issued. If not corrected within the provided timeframe, fines may be applied in accordance with the Association’s fine policy. Please refer to the fine schedule located on the HOA Resources page under “Seven Lakes Landscaping Rules & Regulations” for detailed information regarding potential fines.

We also ask that all residents report any community concerns or issues directly to the Board or management so they can be properly tracked and addressed.

Additionally, the community Facebook page is a great resource for staying informed and connected. However, please note that official concerns, requests, and issues must be submitted directly to the Board or management to ensure proper handling and response.

We encourage all residents to proactively inspect their property and make any necessary improvements to avoid violations.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping Seven Lakes a beautiful place to live!
