Fishing within Seven Lakes is for residents and their guests only, and the resident must be present at all times with their guest(s). Fishing is permitted during daylight hours only and is strictly catch-and-release only.
We are asking all residents to help monitor and protect our community amenities. If you observe individuals whom you believe are not residents or authorized guests within the community fishing areas or other amenities (e.g., swimming pool), please contact the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line at (423) 622-0022. In the event of an emergency, always call 911.

Every Wednesday of the month - Yoga @ 10AM
Ladies, come and stretch those muscles in our low-key Yoga class. Class is video-led by an online instructor and lasts 30 to 40 minutes. Work at your own level. Some of us have back problems, joints replaced or other issues. No matter - you can do whatever you are comfortable with - no judgement! All you need is your yoga mat and the desire to move more freely!

Last Monday of every Month - Ladies Coffee Hour - 10:00 AM
Third Saturday of every Month - Little Massage Trailer - 9:00 AM
