2026 HOA Board Members

Any natural person, of legal age, who is a member in good standing of the Association and is maintain representation during membership of the Board, is qualified to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
Nomination of any person to the Board shall be made by petition signed by three or more members of the Association and a petition/statement by the person being nominated indicating their willingness to serve on the Board of Directors filed with the Secretary of the Association at least seven (7) days prior to the annual meeting of the Association. Nominations for a position on the Board can be made from the floor at the meeting annual meeting or special meeting called for that purpose, but still requires petition signed by three or more members of the Association and a petition/statement signed by the person being nominated indicating their willingness to serve on the Board of Directors.
If you want to nominate someone, send your nomination to the Secretary/Treasurer (or even copy it to all members of the Board). If you have been nominated send a petition stating your willingness to serve on the Board and accepting the position if elected. It would also be helpful to include a bio for inclusion to the announcement and also introduce you to the community.
