​New Residents receive one free programmable pool card.  All extra or replacement cards (due to damage, theft, or loss) are $40.00 each.
Do not punch or pierce your card, as it can damage the internal wires.  Use a plastic pouch with a lanyard slot instead.
​Homeowners leasing their property are responsible for providing and retrieving the initial pool cards from tenants.  Owners must purchase new cards if the current one is lost or not returned.  Only owners handle pool card purchases.
