Long term parking of large vehicles such as trucks, campers, RVs, boats or other vehicles too large to be parked in a garage are not permitted upon any unit without prior written approval from the Board.
Short term parking of any large vehicle is allowed for no more than 48 hours and only permitted in the driveway. In no event may a large vehicle be parked in the yard of any unit or on the sidewalk. In the event the RV/Camper/Boat is too large for the driveway, it may be allowed on the street in front of the unit or in the overflow parking lot on Wilson Creek Drive for no more than 24 hours with prior written approval of the Board.
Bringing your boat/RV/camper home to clean or prepare for trip is permitted during the day (no overnight) as long as you submit a request first. You do not need to wait for approval from the board as long as it is not there overnight.
If you need to leave overnight on the street or in the overflow parking lot, please submit your request one week in advance of the date. The board will respond with either an approval or reason why it cannot be approved prior as quickly as possible.
